These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Hero Stick (the "App"), published by [Developer/Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing Hero Stick, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
If you're accessing the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store's own terms (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service) also apply, and take precedence over these Terms wherever they conflict on a matter the store's terms are required to control (such as the identity of the licensor, or warranty and support obligations under Apple's standard EULA).
Hero Stick is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to download and play the App, and to view any ads shown within it.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Hero Stick on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license doesn't give you any ownership of the App, its code, or its content.
Hero Stick doesn't require an account, and your progress (unlocked heroes, high scores, cherry counts, settings) is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for lost progress due to uninstalling the app, switching devices, factory resets, or similar events, unless and until we introduce a cloud-save feature (in which case we'll update these Terms to describe it).
Hero Stick may show optional ads — for example, watching a rewarded video ad in exchange for in-game cherries or other bonuses. Watching ads is always your choice; declining an ad simply means you won't receive that optional reward. Ads are served through Google AdMob and are subject to Google's own policies; we don't control the specific content of individual ads shown by the network, though we configure the network to follow applicable content and audience settings.
Hero Stick does not currently offer in-app purchases. If we introduce them in the future, they will be processed through the applicable app store's payment system, subject to that store's own refund and billing policies, and this section will be updated accordingly.
The pass-and-play local multiplayer mode is intended for players sharing the same device in person. We're not responsible for disputes between local players about scores, turns, or fair play — that's between you and whoever you handed the phone to.

Hero Stick — including its name, logo, characters, artwork, audio, and underlying code — is original work owned by [Developer/Company Name] (or its licensors) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update Hero Stick (new features, modes, heroes, scenes) and these Terms over time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when the Terms change. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
